Refunds & Returns Policy

Our policy

bia performance sells handmade, perishable food products. For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our products once they have been dispatched.

This is standard practice for food businesses and is permitted under UK consumer law, which exempts perishable and sealed food items from the standard 14-day return right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders

While we cannot accept returns, your statutory rights remain fully intact. If your order arrives:

Damaged or in unsatisfactory condition
Incorrect (wrong product sent)
With a quality issue that suggests the product was not fit for consumption

Please contact us at orders@biaperformance.co within 48 hours of delivery, including:

Your order number
A description of the issue
A photo of the product and packaging where possible

We will review every case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We want every customer to be happy with their order and we will always do our best to put things right.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@biaperformance.co before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Allergen responsibility

Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on every product. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us at info@biaperformance.co before ordering.

We are unable to issue refunds based on personal taste preferences.
