Where we ship

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom — all mainland addresses, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales

• European Union — all EU member statesWe do not currently ship outside the UK and EU.

 

Dispatch times

We are a small batch, handmade business. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being placed.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

During busy periods or around public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays.

 

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–3 working days

• European Union: 5–10 working days

These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order is in the hands of a courier.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

EU customers — duties and taxes

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to local import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Damaged or lost orders

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@biaperformance.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.

 

Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of any damaged packaging or products.
